Important: SocialLens only processes publicly available data. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or non-public communications. All data is collected in compliance with each platform's terms of service and applicable laws.

  • Communication: To respond to inquiries, send demo confirmations, and provide customer support
  • Newsletter: To send Nigerian Consumer Pulse weekly insights (you may unsubscribe at any time)

6. Data Retention

  • Newsletter Subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe
